Refund policy

Full returns accepted within 30 days of delivery, and are subject to to damage inspection upon return. Returns for any reason other than damages are subject to a 5% restocking fee. An insured return label will be provided by BeZ Tech. Customer will be responsible for damages incurred upon return, in which event a refund will only be issued after a successful claim with the shipping carrier.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

All PCs come with a full 2 year warranty and support. Some components may have manufacturer warranties that extend beyond this period.

In the event a component needs to be replaced while under our 2 year warranty, we may offer to send you the replacement directly in the interest of getting you back up and running as quickly as possible, along with a return label for the damaged or faulty component being replaced. Customer must return the damaged or faulty component within 30 days of the replacement being issued or the full warranty will be voided.
