Refund policy

Full returns accepted within 30 days of delivery, and are subject to to damage inspection upon return. Full 2 year warranty provided by BeZ Tech for any non customer induced damages or defects. Full manufacturer individual part warranties also apply, which may extend the warranty duration for individual parts. Orders that were placed for local pickup must be returned in person, and within 30 days of the initial pick up. Returns that are not for damages are subject to a 3% restocking fee. Customer is liable for any damages upon return.
